Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales for Genius® and various Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.

• Manage and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.

• Provide consultative, value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually.

• Showcase how Genius® aids businesses in streamlining payments, enhancing operations, and boosting customer loyalty.

• Work closely with the District Manager to uncover new opportunities, schedule appointments, and finalize sales within a short timeframe.

• Keep precise records of pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and communications with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C Outside Sales.

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to establish relationships and sell effectively both in-person and virtually.

• High energy, self-driven, results-oriented, with a competitive nature and a collaborative mindset.

• Professional demeanor and a genuine talent for connecting with business owners and gaining their trust swiftly.

• Willingness to spend 75% of the time in the field with a valid driver's license.

• Must reside within a two-hour radius of the job posting location.

• Capability to upsell and cross-sell to existing merchants is an advantage.

• Experience in the restaurant or retail industries is beneficial.

• Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience is a plus.
