📋 Description

• Operate autonomously as a sales professional within the designated territory

• Assess the needs and requirements of current customers

• Broaden and enhance the sales territory through the acquisition of new clients

• Concentrate on the bakery and confectionery, café, specialty food, food retail, and hospitality sectors

• Collaborate with architects and planners to develop innovative retail store fit-out concepts for the future

• Take into consideration prevailing market trends and challenges

• Stay updated from an early stage about new construction and renovation projects as well as site development initiatives

• A strong natural talent for sales and a demonstrated history of success are more crucial than formal qualifications

• Ideally, experience in technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail store fit-outs, woodworking, interior fixtures, or a related field

• Professional demeanor and conduct

• Ability to negotiate on equal terms with decision-makers

• Strong execution capabilities and an affinity for an industry that values a hands-on approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to work collaboratively with the specialist team
