Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their needs and suggest suitable custom window treatments for each area.

• Develop elegant design solutions that align with each client's personal style and budget.

• Assist clients throughout the purchasing journey, confidently finalizing sales within their homes.

• Organize your schedule, manage appointments, and handle follow-ups independently.

• Expand your business through referrals and local networking opportunities.

• Provide an outstanding experience from the initial visit to the final installation.

• Dependable transportation and a readiness to travel locally — your designated territory serves as your office.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other dynamic client-facing positions is preferred.

• Previous design experience is not necessary — comprehensive training will be provided.
