This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales targets along with associated objectives.
• Build and sustain an active pipeline of both new and existing expansion accounts.
• Focus on opportunities to meet quotas and maintain healthy margins through the solutions sales approach.
• Oversee the sales process by comprehending decision-makers, necessary actions, and timelines to finalize deals and accurately forecast opportunities.
• Cultivate and uphold strong connections with potential and current customers.
• Serve as a program partner, providing outstanding service and adding value in every interaction.
• Generate value around AEDs, accessories, first aid, program management, medical direction, and CPR/AED and active-shooter training.
• Showcase the complete range of offerings as a comprehensive solution.
• Inform customers and prospects about solutions, features, benefits, and the overarching mission of saving lives.
• Collaborate closely with training and program management teams to ensure expert scheduling and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of products and understanding of regulations related to AEDs.
• Recognize industry trends and competitive insights and relay feedback to the company.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet objectives.
• Engage with sales leadership concerning pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, sales, contracts, and strategic direction.
• Fulfill administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to achieve individual, departmental, or company goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including selling comprehensive solutions in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of consistent and successful sales achievements.
• Experience in multi-touchpoint and conceptual selling is preferred.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays, up to 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to address customer needs.
• Strong sales aptitude along with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or Google Suite.
• Quick and easy adaptability to learn new technology/software applications.
• Outstanding professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Inquisitive, driven to succeed, and willing to challenge assumptions and pose thoughtful questions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.
• Proven ability to effectively manage working relationships.
