Outside Plant Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage projects from initiation to completion.

• Deliver comprehensive project management assistance for the Genesis program.

• Monitor assigned tasks using OFS/P2 and Smartsheet.

• Organize and delegate field walkouts.

• Create construction packages and cost estimates.

• Distribute construction-ready work to teams.

• Schedule and engage in Microsoft Teams meetings with clients.

• Keep project status updates current.

• Upload as-built drawings and closure documentation.

• Prepare finalized projects for invoicing.

• Oversee projects until the final billing stage.

• Identify overdue or blocked tasks and collaborate with field personnel for resolutions.

• Provide precise status updates to both management and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent project coordination, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to handle numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and project tracking systems.

• Preferred experience with OFS/P2, Smartsheet, telecommunications construction, OSP engineering, estimating, as-builts, and billing processes.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Comfortable with direct communication with clients and field staff.

• Able to work independently.

• Competent in taking ownership of projects from initial assignment through to construction completion and billing.
