Output Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain tailored customer documentation, including invoices, contract confirmations, and correspondence.

• Modify forms to satisfy updated requirements.

• Enhance document creation processes and integrate new functionalities.

• Introduce initial AI-driven automation strategies.

• Diagnose and address challenges in document generation processes for printing, emailing, and archiving.

• Deliver dependable and transparent support to customers during incidents.

• Play an active role in shaping AI-driven process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical vocational training or a degree, accompanied by programming capabilities.

• A strong interest in IT and a genuine eagerness to learn new software solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AI systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to collaborate within a team while directly engaging with customers.

• Familiarity with OMS software.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level).

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: Experience in a municipal utility or energy and utility provider.

• Preferred: Background in document generation, OMS systems, or form design.
