German-Speaking Customer Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Assist German-speaking clients with technical issues and inquiries related to their accounts.

• Address billing queries and facilitate transaction processing.

• Resolve discrepancies within customer accounts.

• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable product upgrades or sales opportunities.

• Analyze intricate issues and direct them to the appropriate internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional fluency in German (C1 or C2 level) is essential.

• No prior experience necessary; this role is ideal for entry-level candidates and students.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving is important.

• A customer-focused mindset is crucial.

• Ability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 21:00.

• Must possess EU citizenship or valid residency and work authorization in Spain.

• Please note that visa sponsorship is not available.
