German-Speaking Customer Expert Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to German-speaking clients with technical issues and inquiries related to their accounts.

• Address questions related to billing.

• Manage transaction processing.

• Resolve discrepancies in accounts.

• Identify customer needs and present relevant product upgrades or sales opportunities.

• Examine complex issues and direct them to the appropriate internal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional fluency in German (C1 or C2 level) is required.

• No prior experience is necessary; this role is ideal for entry-level candidates and students.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving is needed.

• A customer-oriented attitude is important.

• Availability to work shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 21:00.

• EU citizenship or valid residency and work authorization in Spain is required.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.
