This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare administrators to present services/products and uncover potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with medical personnel and office administrators to arrange appointments, follow-ups, or product demonstrations.
• Keep precise records of interactions with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, where relevant).
• Initiate outbound sales calls to both prospective and existing clients to generate leads and finalize sales.
• Clearly and persuasively present offerings, responding to client needs and objections in real time.
• Adhere to structured sales scripts and playbooks, while customizing messaging to suit each organization's context.
• Achieve or surpass daily/weekly call volume and conversion goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound inquiries via phone.
• Manage a high volume of calls with professionalism.
• Record call outcomes, next steps, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Develop and sustain relationships with medical, corporate, and institutional organizations.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external organizational contacts regarding deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
• Discover new organizational leads and opportunities for outreach expansion.
• Demonstrated experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer/client engagement (experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a polished, professional phone demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a substantial volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals and organizational leaders.
• Resilience and determination in a target-driven, high-call-volume setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience working with healthcare organizations.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies or scripts.
