This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive revenue expansion for d-Matrix’s inference platform as Corsair transitions into large-scale production.
• Manage and enhance a portfolio of strategic accounts that includes hyperscalers, neoclouds, AI labs, and AI-native enterprises.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from technical engagement and proof-of-concept to multi-rack deployment agreements.
• Market and sell Corsair accelerators, JetStream networking, the Aviator software suite, and SquadRack rack-scale systems.
• Maintain structured account plans, regular call schedules, and clear next steps for ongoing opportunities.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes and develop compelling business cases.
• Coordinate benchmarking, evaluations, and proof-of-concept deployments alongside solutions engineers.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing, and responses to RFIs/RFPs; negotiate commercial agreements.
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts; provide leadership with updates on bookings, revenue, deal status, and win/loss metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain on customer demand, production scaling, and resource allocation.
• Partner with ecosystem collaborators for joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives.
• Convert customer needs and competitive intelligence into actionable feedback for the product roadmap.
• Develop sales playbooks, processes, and CRM tools as the team grows.
• Represent d-Matrix at industry conferences and events.
• A minimum of 8 years of enterprise or strategic sales experience in data center infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience selling to hyperscale or cloud customers.
• Proven history of closing multi-million-dollar hardware and/or platform contracts involving lengthy, technically intricate sales cycles.
• Established connections with infrastructure and procurement decision-makers.
• Technical proficiency in AI infrastructure, including inference workloads, accelerator architectures, and considerations related to data center power, cooling, and rack levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
• Experienced in CRM-driven pipeline management and disciplined forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field.
• Experience in selling AI inference or training silicon.
• Background in introducing a new architecture or product category into accounts with an existing incumbent.
• Familiarity with collaborating with system partners.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup environment.
• Established network within the Seattle-area cloud ecosystem or the Bay Area.
