Outbound Sales Development Representative – POS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Schedule appointments for the outbound Point-of-Sale (POS) sales team with small and medium-sized businesses that are not currently utilizing Wix.

• Oversee outbound lead management for the Wix POS team.

• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.

• Work in conjunction with account executives, product development, and marketing teams to identify and qualify target accounts.

• Develop call strategies and enhance messaging.

• Engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media, following a consistent top-of-funnel sales process.

• Maintain knowledge of the Wix POS product and stay updated on industry developments.

• Achieve set metrics for calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.

• Track retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor activities.

• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly referral and sales objectives.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and client-focused key performance indicators (KPIs).

• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong project management capabilities and organizational prowess.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic setting.

• Basic knowledge of the POS industry is preferred.

• Experience with a CRM, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Wix commerce platform is preferred.
