Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Transform warm leads generated from marketing into LaserAway treatment plans.

• Oversee a pipeline of warm inbound leads while meeting individual revenue targets.

• Engage with the lead queue and conduct consultative discussions over the phone.

• Inform patients about the various treatment options available at LaserAway.

• Address objections and maintain persistent follow-ups.

• Finalize sales and manage the pipeline using the CRM system.

• Make outbound calls to drive revenue independently.

• Represent LaserAway in designated U.S. regions.

• Collaborate with the national marketing team to generate warm leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales professional.

• Comfortable making over 50 outbound calls daily.

• Ability to establish trust and create a sense of urgency over the phone.

• Self-motivated and disciplined individual capable of managing an independent pipeline.

• Must be available to cover a specific U.S. time zone.

• Driven by measurable outcomes and capable of managing sales metrics effectively.

• Primarily focused on phone-based outbound sales; backgrounds in inbound customer service, order-taking, or limited phone sales may not be appropriate.

• A background in aesthetics is not necessary.
