Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform warm, marketing-driven leads into tailored LaserAway treatment plans

• Oversee a pipeline of warm, incoming leads along with an individual revenue objective

• Manage the lead queue and engage in consultative phone discussions

• Inform patients about the various treatment options offered by LaserAway

• Address objections and ensure persistent follow-up

• Finalize sales utilizing the CRM system

• Ensure pipeline transparency and outline next steps in the CRM

• Represent LaserAway across designated U.S. regions and time zones

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director

• Collaborate with LaserAway’s national marketing team

⛳️ Requirements

• Outbound sales experience is a must

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales expert

• Skilled in building trust and creating urgency over the phone

• Comfortable with making 50+ outbound calls each day

• Capable of independently managing an individual sales pipeline

• Available to cover an assigned U.S. time zone

• Driven by measurable outcomes and accountable for sales performance metrics

• A background in aesthetics is not necessary
