Outbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a pipeline of warm leads generated through marketing efforts.

• Engage in consultative phone discussions with potential patients.

• Provide information to patients regarding LaserAway's treatment options.

• Address objections and instill a sense of urgency.

• Consistently follow up with leads.

• Finalize sales of treatment plans.

• Oversee the lead queue and pipeline using the CRM system.

• Achieve an assigned revenue target.

• Report directly to the Remote Sales Director.

• Collaborate with LaserAway's national marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous outbound sales experience is essential.

• Proven track record as an outbound or phone-based sales professional.

• Comfortable with making over 100 outbound calls daily.

• Capable of building trust and creating urgency over the phone.

• Ability to independently manage a personal sales pipeline.

• Must be available to cover a designated U.S. time zone.

• Driven by measurable outcomes and accountable for sales performance metrics.

• A background in aesthetics is not mandatory.
