Outbound Community Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and investigate pertinent crypto communities across various platforms:

• Discord

• Telegram

• X (Twitter)

• Reddit

• LinkedIn

• Farcaster Community forums

• Join and engage actively within these communities while adhering to the specific rules and etiquette of each platform.

• Introduce our services through tailored outreach and discussions focused on delivering value.

• Qualify potential prospects and pinpoint projects that could gain from our solutions.

• Schedule discovery calls or demonstrations for the Business Development team.

• Monitor outreach activities utilizing CRM and other outreach tools.

• Keep track of discussions to discover opportunities, trends, and possible partnerships.

• Share market insights and community feedback with internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.

• Achieve weekly targets for outreach, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

• Cultivate relationships with:

• Founders

• Community Managers

• Moderators

• Project teams

• Investors

• Developers

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in:

• Community Management

• Business Development

• SDR/BDR

• Lead Generation

• Social Selling

• Crypto/Web3 ecosystem

• Strong comprehension of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 concepts.

• Active participant on Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable initiating online conversations with unfamiliar individuals.

• Strong research and prospecting abilities.

• Organized and skilled at managing multiple conversations at once.

• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a crypto startup or Web3 organization.

• Established network within crypto communities.

• Familiarity with NFT, DeFi, Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems, AI, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

• Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of token launches, fundraising, and ecosystem expansion.
