This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls utilizing company-provided prospect lists.
• Operate within an automated/power dialing system.
• Adhere to scripts and messaging tailored for specific demographics.
• Present the purpose of financial education or consultation sessions.
• Arrange 30-minute Zoom appointments for qualified prospects.
• Schedule appointments based on advisor availability in their calendar.
• Engage in brief qualification discussions prior to booking.
• Assess genuine interest instead of merely securing uncommitted appointments.
• Address common objections in a professional and composed manner.
• Adapt conversations fluidly while adhering to approved messaging.
• Provide future appointment options or follow-up chances when prospects are initially unavailable.
• Maintain a consultative and non-aggressive phone demeanor.
• Generate appointments with a high likelihood of attendance.
• Clearly articulate the purpose and benefits of the scheduled meetings.
• Document relevant information acquired during discussions.
• Ensure accurate details regarding appointments are maintained.
• Support confirmation or reminder processes if implemented in the future.
• Consistently engage in outbound activity throughout designated calling hours.
• Efficiently navigate large prospect databases.
• Follow prescribed demographic campaigns and calling scripts.
• Monitor calling outcomes and appointment-related activities.
• Participate in coaching sessions, mock calls, and ongoing script enhancements.
• Provide task-specific business support services to financial advisors and clients.
• Operate under an independent contractor agreement with defined timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.
• Prior experience in cold calling or outbound telemarketing is essential.
• Experience in appointment setting is required.
• Proficiency with power dialers or automated dialing systems is strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in handling objections are mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English communication is required.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, mortgage, banking, retirement, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn demographic-specific scripts and fundamental financial services terminology.
• Previous experience working with U.S. consumers is strongly preferred.
• Confident and experienced in making outbound calls.
• Spoken English must be clear and easily understood.
• Ability to engage in a conversational manner rather than merely reciting a script.
• Comfort in addressing objections without being overly aggressive.
• Persistence while maintaining respect is necessary.
• Goal-oriented with motivation driven by appointment-setting achievements.
• Open to coaching and eager to learn retirement-plan and financial services terminology.
• Comfortable in a high-volume dialing environment.
• Knowledge of power/automated dialing systems is required.
• Familiarity with calendar and appointment scheduling platforms is necessary.
• Proficiency in using Zoom.
• Understanding of lead databases and prospect lists is necessary.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Clear and comprehensible spoken English is required (Accent Preference: Level A-B).
• Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
