This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to marketing executives and decision-makers across the United States.
• Engage with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Chief Marketing Officers, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners.
• Clearly and professionally present company services in a conversational manner.
• Establish rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify potential clients who align with our services.
• Address questions and objections with professionalism.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and accurately coordinate calendars.
• Keep precise CRM records, documenting call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role-playing sessions, and continuous coaching.
• Clear spoken English that is easily understood by customers in the United States.
• Confidence in communicating with senior business decision-makers over the phone.
• Active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and comprehend customer needs.
• Coachable and open to applying feedback.
• Resilience and determination when faced with rejection.
• Curiosity about businesses and the ability to uncover opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining CRM records and follow-up activities.

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
