Orvoslátogató, Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Managing and developing relationships with retail and wholesale partners through regular, scheduled visits.

• Ensuring optimal product distribution, availability, and visibility at designated sales points.

• Executing direct sales activities while achieving the defined sales targets and distribution objectives.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, providing product and commercial information, and ensuring accurate documentation and customer records.

• Tracking customer payment terms and outstanding receivables, following up on due and overdue invoices in accordance with corporate procedures.

• Coordinating and updating customer lists in collaboration with the direct supervisor, as well as suggesting modifications to commercial terms when justified.

• Timely preparation and submission of reports, analyses, and proposals related to sales activities in compliance with reporting requirements.

• Actively participating in corporate training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.

• Experience in the ophthalmic area is an advantage.

• Higher education in the health sector (BSc or MSc).

• Qualified as a pharmaceutical representative or holding a degree in a scientific field.

• Fluent in Hungarian and English.

• Ability to communicate with healthcare partners possessing varying levels of professional knowledge.

• English proficiency at least at the level necessary for internal communication (A2/B1).

• Valid B category driving license.

• Capability to work independently, collaboratively, and across multiple disciplines.
