This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead initiatives of Corelation's Tiger Team aimed at fostering innovation, operational excellence, scalability, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to pinpoint, prioritize, and implement strategic improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and alignment workshops with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Create business cases, implementation plans, and governance frameworks for improvement initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and potential risks.
• Formulate strategies to mitigate resistance and challenges related to adoption.
• Oversee change adoption and engagement within the organization.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, adoption metrics, and business results.
• Conduct reviews after implementation and sessions to capture lessons learned.
• Propel enhancements that improve exceptional client experiences.
• Mentor leaders and managers through processes of change and transformation.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to illustrate business outcomes and adoption progress.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work experience; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading organizational change, process improvements, operational excellence, project management, or business transformation initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on Corelation conversion implementation experience.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft products.
• Experience in software development, financial technology (FinTech), credit unions, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and promoting organizational adoption.
• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong grasp of organizational change management methodologies and best practices.
• Established ability to convert strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans.
• Exceptional critical thinking and effective decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, whether formal or informal, verbal or written, and across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop comprehensive solutions and establish contingencies.
• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in planning actions and strategies to meet goals and objectives using available resources.
