Organizational Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans that align with the SAP S/4HANA for Utilities implementation project.

• Identify stakeholders and perform organizational impact assessments to pinpoint crucial areas, effects, and potential resistance.

• Design and implement communication, engagement, and training initiatives to facilitate employee adoption of the changes.

• Establish and utilize OCM methodologies, templates, tools, and metrics tailored to the organization’s context.

• Track adoption, resistance, and organizational maturity indicators, recommending modifications to change strategies as needed.

• Act as a bridge between functional, technical, and business teams, promoting alignment of expectations and comprehension of the changes.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings with managers, leaders, and affected teams.

• Create and monitor metrics for adoption and change resistance, suggesting improvement actions based on the outcomes.

• Proven experience in medium to large corporate settings, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.

• Expertise in Organizational Change Management and leading communication, engagement, and training initiatives.

• Familiarity with project management, with the capability to incorporate OCM activities into project timelines and phases.

• Strong ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation, empathy, and influencing capabilities.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to link change initiatives to project goals.

• Proactive, organized, analytical, and focused on results and delivery.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree is required.
