Organizational Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and execute thorough communication strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives.

• Develop engaging and informative content to convey essential information about the change initiative to stakeholders.

• Oversee communication channels to ensure effective and uniform delivery of messages across all relevant platforms.

• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to ensure communications are in line with change management objectives and strategies.

• Deliver clear and consistent messaging to enhance awareness, comprehension, and acceptance of the change initiative.

• Produce and present Organizational Change Management outputs, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and change impact assessments.

• Assist the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts with the Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner contract.

• Provide services to establish cloud foundations for the Judiciary, which encompasses cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Proven experience in prior Organizational Change Management projects and in producing OCM deliverables.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• OCM certification is preferred.

• Familiarity, interest, and experience in executing OCM projects specifically linked to cloud technology initiatives are preferred.

• Background in Technical Writing is advantageous.
