This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate needs, coordinate, design, develop, and implement interactive learning solutions.
• Support the overarching strategy and objectives of Evernorth’s pharmacy.
• Develop training solutions utilizing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyses to pinpoint employee performance or knowledge deficiencies.
• Act as a learning consultant for initiatives aimed at process improvement, program modifications, and required process changes.
• Design engaging learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory and essential training methodologies.
• Develop e-learning modules, facilitation guides, course materials, training aids, self-directed resources, and other educational support materials using curriculum development tools.
• Test courseware within a Learning Management System (LMS) prior to delivery to guarantee learner access and functionality.
• Stay informed about advancements in training and instructional design and suggest modifications to curriculum and practices.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is necessary; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or as a learning consultant is required.
• At least 2 years of proficient experience with the Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review) is mandatory.
• Over 2 years of experience in system and process training is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS applications is essential.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building relationships between teams or with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create training courses and accompanying documentation.
• Experience in conducting needs analysis and assessing operational application functionality.
• Proven capability to identify tailored strategies and tactics for effective training delivery.
• Familiarity with adult learning techniques is crucial.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• A cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is needed for remote work.
