This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Educate Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Assist in achieving qualitative dollar sales, profitability, and market share for Allergan Aesthetics.
• Provide advanced product messaging and business-development training.
• Track skill development from entry-level to senior sales positions.
• Improve sales representatives’ proficiency in conveying complex scientific information, business-development techniques, and portfolio messaging.
• Implement sales directives and training initiatives across designated Area regions.
• Aid in onboarding and development for new hires.
• Lead Field Sales Training programs.
• Contribute to the national training agenda as part of the marketing strategy.
• Organize training and development for newly appointed sales managers.
• Assess and enhance new-hire progression throughout the training process.
• Offer coaching and constructive feedback for development.
• Manage pre- and post-training onboarding sales discussions.
• Participate in at least one new-hire sales training course each year.
• Conduct field co-travels with new hires and experienced field sales representatives.
• Identify and rectify learning deficiencies.
• Provide written follow-up after each co-travel and arrange follow-up calls with managers.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, and Regional Practice Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with the health care and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience is highly preferred.
• More than 2 years of sales training experience preferred, though not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of project management experience preferred, with a preference for health care experience but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge and business insight.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Capability to form, lead, and facilitate integrated teams and individuals.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver group presentations at district, regional, and national meetings, as well as to major clients.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Competence in developing and executing key strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
