Organizational Change Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of thorough Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, plans, and methodologies for a variety of projects and programs.

• Perform assessments of change impact and readiness to identify potential resistance and devise strategies for mitigation.

• Craft and execute communication plans, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and training programs to enhance change adoption.

• Work in collaboration with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to weave OCM activities into the overall project plans.

• Track and assess the success of OCM initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve intended results.

• Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers regarding their roles in facilitating organizational change.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and implementing effective Strategy Plans within an organizational change management framework.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate landscape.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Candidates must be eligible for any necessary authorizations from the U.S. Government to access export-controlled commodities and technology.

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
