Organizational Change Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the people aspect of transformation initiatives for large-scale, technology-driven business changes, focusing on SAP implementations, particularly S/4HANA.

• Ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy that aligns with project objectives.

• Conduct assessments of stakeholder impact and readiness evaluations.

• Perform analyses on the impact of changes.

• Establish and oversee change networks and advocate for programs.

• Design and implement communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted messages.

• Facilitate sessions to align and engage leadership.

• Define the governance framework.

• Create or assist in developing the training strategy.

• Manage change deliverables, including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and metrics for adoption.

• Monitor risks and develop mitigation plans concerning change adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the manufacturing sector.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP platforms, preferably S/4HANA, and associated business processes.

• Proficiency in change communication strategies and impact assessment.

• Experience in organizational design and transition planning.

• Exceptional facilitation and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.

• Strong collaboration abilities when working with clients, competitors, and complementary consulting teams.

• Participation in more than five significant business change initiatives involving SAP or comparable ERP systems (preferred).

• Leadership in over four large-scale business change initiatives (preferred).

• Led or played a significant role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives (preferred).

• Experience in designing and implementing OCM strategies for global organizations (preferred).
