Organizational Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee multi-phase organizational change management initiatives for clients implementing or expanding M-Files across various departments.

• Steer engagements from the discovery phase through to reinforcement and post-go-live coaching for both new and existing clients.

• Create a recurring customer governance structure to monitor change readiness, adoption signals, resistance, and dependencies.

• Utilize persona-based adoption frameworks to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

• Conduct analyses to determine training needs; outline role-specific training requirements without designing or delivering the training content.

• Identify, develop, and empower change networks on the customer side.

• Coach executive sponsors and key designees to support change and tackle resistance.

• Set adoption baselines and monitor progress through the closure of engagements.

• Adapt facilitation methods in real-time based on levels of adoption readiness.

• Collaborate with account teams to synchronize engagement scope and timing with account strategies.

• Spot and escalate additional service and subscription expansion opportunities.

• Create delivery workbooks, templates, and project plans for the new Advisory Services practice.

• Develop the OCM enablement program, including the training curriculum and certification/readiness guidelines.

• Mentor new associates as the team grows.

• Identify and resolve friction in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Contribute to the development of new service offerings as the Advisory portfolio expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of dedicated experience in organizational change management, preferably in enterprise software adoption or digital transformation.

• Formal change management certification is mandatory, with completed credentials such as Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), APMG International, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, or a validated university certification or degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with M-Files or a similar enterprise document/content management platform is essential.

• Strong business acumen, including the ability to identify and resolve issues related to business processes and workflows.

• Capability to operate effectively at all levels of a client organization, from end users to C-suite executives.

• Proven facilitation skills and experience in designing and delivering change communication and coaching programs.

• Exceptional written communication skills with experience in producing plans and reports suitable for executive presentation.

• Comfort in working within AI-assisted delivery workflows.

• Ability to create delivery collateral—including workbooks, templates, scoring tools, and project plans—from scratch.

• Preferred: Background in management consulting with a focus on strategy, operations, or business transformation.

• Preferred: Expertise in business processes, including the redesign of organizational workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in strategically applying a platform to address business challenges.

• Preferred: Familiarity with applying persona- or archetype-based adoption frameworks during workshops.

• Preferred: Experience in creating training or enablement materials or certification/readiness pathways.

• Preferred: Experience in mentoring or informally leading junior colleagues.

• Commercial instinct for identifying expansion or subscription opportunities and effectively communicating them to account and sales teams.
