Organizational Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop or assist in creating change management deliverables and activities that meet business readiness standards.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance the Transformational Change capability.

• Contribute to various change workstreams for IT Program and Project Managers.

• Partner with colleagues to lead change initiatives across different sectors of the client's organization.

• Drive IT-related business changes across multiple functions.

• Foster an environment where individuals feel inspired, engaged, and committed to achieving high performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management.

• Proficient in facilitating technology-driven change and technology adoption.

• Familiarity with Agile IT project delivery methodologies.

• Awareness of the implications of IT management and delivery.

• Expertise in change management techniques and their practical application.

• Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes in Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and Quality Management, and Business Acumen.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Capability to fulfill applicable U.S. government security clearance requirements when necessary.
