Organizational Change Management Communications Specialist – SAP Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a communication strategy closely aligned with SAP project milestones.

• Compose and disseminate a weekly newsletter as part of a consistent communication routine.

• Generate FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and various communication materials.

• Oversee communication platforms including email, SharePoint, intranet, town halls, and video.

• Simplify technical SAP concepts into accessible language for plant and manufacturing audiences.

• Collaborate with leadership and change advocates to disseminate essential messages.

• Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops that promote two-way feedback.

• Monitor the effectiveness of communications and report on stakeholder sentiment and adoption rates.

• Execute a communication plan and schedule within the first 90 days.

• Enhance stakeholder awareness and sentiment tracking in a measurable way.

• Foster active participation from plant and manufacturing audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management communications, preferably related to large-scale ERP implementations.

• Hands-on experience with SAP or another major ERP system in a live implementation setting.

• Proven experience in communicating effectively to plant or manufacturing audiences.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.

• Proficient in SharePoint, Teams, and email-based communication tools.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong project management skills, with a focus on tracking and delivering communication outputs.

• Instructional design experience relevant to communication materials.

• Background in global or multi-site ERP rollouts.

• Experience in the manufacturing or plant industry.

• Understanding of agile delivery and its implications for communication planning.

• Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
