Organisational Change Management – Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist in organizational change efforts throughout extensive transformation programs.

• Perform assessments on change impact, readiness, and risk.

• Design and implement communication, engagement, and training strategies.

• Produce engaging change communication and stakeholder engagement materials.

• Aid in tracking adoption metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of changes.

• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.

• Provide support to leaders and teams during business and technology change initiatives.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices and methodologies.

• Collaborate with OCM Managers, senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to ensure successful change adoption and sustainable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or transformation-related roles.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Proven experience in facilitating the full spectrum of change management activities.

• Capability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.

• Experience in crafting communication, training, and adoption strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Possession of Prosci or a similar Change Management certification is highly valued.

• Must be an Australian Citizen.

• Baseline clearance is required.
