Order Processing Specialist – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Handle and oversee customer orders within NetSuite

• Organize orders for warehouse operations located in California and Sydney

• Manage order fulfillment for significant retail clients in the US and Australia

• Examine order specifics, including quantities, pricing, shipping details, and delivery requirements

• Track orders from initial entry through to fulfillment and shipment

• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams

• Resolve discrepancies, delays, and issues related to order fulfillment

• Keep precise records of customer information and order details

• Assist in meeting retailer-specific requirements and deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with NetSuite, particularly in sales order processing

• Prior background in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration

• Experience in supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce clients

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Capability to handle a high volume of orders and manage competing deadlines

• Proficient Excel or spreadsheet skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience with major retailers or across multiple international markets is highly advantageous
