Order Processing Specialist – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Process and oversee customer orders using NetSuite.

• Coordinate order fulfillment for warehouse operations located in California and Sydney.

• Manage orders for significant retail clients in both the US and Australia.

• Review order specifics, including quantities, pricing, shipping details, and delivery requirements.

• Monitor orders throughout the entire process from entry to fulfillment and shipment.

• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams.

• Resolve discrepancies, delays, and issues related to order fulfillment.

• Keep precise records of customer and order information.

• Ensure compliance with retailer-specific requirements and deadlines are consistently met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with NetSuite, particularly in sales order processing.

• Prior experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration.

• Background in supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to handle a high volume of orders while managing competing deadlines.

• Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with major retailers or multiple international markets is highly advantageous.
