Order Processing Specialist – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Process and oversee customer orders within NetSuite.

• Coordinate order management for warehouse operations located in California and Sydney.

• Handle orders for prominent US and Australian retail clients.

• Review order specifications, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and delivery requirements.

• Monitor orders from the point of entry through to fulfillment and shipment.

• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams.

• Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment challenges.

• Maintain precise customer and order records.

• Ensure adherence to retailer-specific requirements and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with NetSuite, preferably including sales order processing.

• Prior experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or sales administration.

• Experience in supporting retail, wholesale, or e-commerce clients.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to handle a large volume of orders and competing deadlines.

• Proficient in Excel or spreadsheet applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with major retailers or in multiple international markets is a significant advantage.
