Oracle Payroll, HCM Integration Consultant – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Oracle Payroll.

• Analyze complex payroll and integration challenges.

• Conduct root cause analysis.

• Assist with payroll configuration and minor adjustments.

• Utilize Fast Formula.

• Work with HCM Extracts.

• Engage with HDL/HSDL.

• Support Oracle Integration Cloud and external payroll interfaces.

• Assist with releases, testing, and hypercare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Payroll.

• Productive experience in support and troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of Fast Formula.

• Experience with HCM Extracts.

• Familiarity with HDL/HSDL.

• Experience in payroll integrations.

• Excellent English language skills.

• Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with BI Publisher.

• Nice-to-haves: Experience with ADP GlobalView or other external payroll systems.

• Nice-to-haves: Understanding of international payroll landscapes.

• Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Core HR.
