This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Deliver remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules within designated areas.
• Address and resolve customer support tickets with prompt and precise issue resolution.
• Diagnose application issues, document findings, and escalate intricate problems to Senior Consultants.
• Respond to business-user inquiries, offer guidance, and conduct basic end-user training.
• Execute routine configuration updates in accordance with established guidelines.
• Aid in testing patches, quarterly updates, and new features.
• Record configuration changes, test outcomes, and support procedures.
• Oversee assigned applications, analyze recurring issues, and document trends.
• Enhance application monitoring, automation, and internal support processes.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and small-scale requests for new functionality.
• Support data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and ticket progress.
• Provide status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Operate effectively in a remote environment with clients and colleagues.
• Travel occasionally to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting, HRIS, or application support role.
• Foundational experience in at least one major workstream: Workforce Management (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence) or Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Incentive Compensation).
• Familiarity with HR processes and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Capability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Applicants must reside in the United States or Canada.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for business purposes.
• The company does not offer sponsorship for employment authorization or U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, as applicable.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as required.
