This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage in client discovery, discussions on business processes, fit-gap analysis, and sessions for gathering business requirements
• Create Functional Solution Designs, configuration documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials
• Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll systems
• Establish data conversion mappings, oversee validation processes, assist with conversion testing, and address conversion issues
• Develop functional designs for integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, data conversions, and system enhancements
• Assist with unit testing, solution validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
• Work collaboratively with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, General Ledger, and technical teams
• Define SIT scenarios and manage end-to-end testing across Payroll and associated modules
• Take part in CRPs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform Parallel Payroll reconciliation and variance analysis, ensuring the accuracy of calculations, balances, taxes, earnings, deductions, costing, and outcomes
• Facilitate remote client-facing knowledge transfer, configuration walkthroughs, and solution validation sessions
• Aid in payroll cutover, production deployment, and provide support for approximately 30 days after go-live stabilization
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to achieve project milestones
• 4 to 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM, particularly strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Practical experience with a minimum of 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
• At least one complete end-to-end implementation experience from Discovery to Go-Live and Hypercare/Post-Production Support
• Proficient hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Familiarity with Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and General Ledger
• Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, writing FSDs, configuration, data conversion, CRPs, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll testing, deployment, and providing post-production support
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities
• Proven experience in supporting remote customer engagements
• Capability to work efficiently with both onshore and offshore functional and technical teams
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Release 25 or later
