Oracle Cloud Financial Administration Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute the maintenance, configuration, and daily global administration of finance software applications for BETSOL’s clients.

• Configure software applications and modules, which includes application settings, administrative configurations, and data migrations when required.

• Manage application role security in accordance with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Identify suitable role security for new Finance applications and lead periodic control assessments alongside auditors.

• Conduct Finance application user provisioning and oversee related change request tickets.

• Act as the main resource responsible for managing Finance application ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior Finance leadership to gather updated priorities for the change pipeline and open tickets.

• Diagnose issues and outages within Finance software and integrations.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review application updates and software releases, planning and leading the testing of affected processes with Finance process owners.

• Develop expertise to aid in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Contribute to technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies related to Finance applications.

• Support internal and external auditors’ requests regarding Finance applications and technology.

• Assume responsibilities of the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned absences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.

• 4-6 years of professional corporate experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Resourcefulness and a strong problem-solving aptitude.

• Proven experience in supporting projects and collaborating with team members to achieve deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Availability to work during US EST business hours.
