Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP projects.

• Assist in client engagements, solution architecture, and ensure successful implementation results.

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery managers to create effective, scalable solutions.

• Offer expertise in both functional and technical areas.

• Drive strategic initiatives to support the growth of the ERP practice.

• Establish and uphold delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable tools.

• Mentor functional leaders to foster consistency, quality, and teamwork.

• Assist in resource planning, team development, capability enhancement, and identifying skills necessary for practice expansion.

• Provide architectural guidance in Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials, along with a comprehensive understanding of Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, and data.

• Lead or assist in current-state evaluations, future-state designs, business process alignment, and transformation roadmaps.

• Ensure comprehensive process considerations across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Cash.

• Advise on decisions related to configuration, extensions, integrations, reporting, data migration, security, and third-party systems.

• Evaluate solution designs and key deliverables for quality, feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client requirements.

• Balance business needs, platform capabilities, and delivery schedules.

• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations that support statements of work.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients and act as a senior advisor throughout the sales and delivery process.

• Identify avenues for expanding existing client partnerships and creating new offerings and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering ERP or enterprise transformation initiatives, including considerable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with substantial exposure to Procurement, Projects, SCM, integrations, reporting, or data.

• Experience in supporting or leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, solution design, advisory services, or complex delivery programs.

• Proven track record in supporting sales efforts, solution development, estimating, proposals, client workshops, or executive presentations.

• Experience in providing leadership, mentorship, or oversight to consulting teams and delivery workflows.

• Strong grasp of end-to-end business processes and the interdependencies between functional and technical solutions.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Strong skills in client relations, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and client-focused consulting environment.

• Preferred: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or another ERP module.

• Preferred: Experience supporting multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs encompassing ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, or Analytics.

• Preferred: Experience in developing consulting methodologies, accelerators, intellectual property, or internal practice offerings.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, enterprise integrations, data migration, reporting, analytics, or solution architecture.

• Preferred: Established relationships with Oracle, technology partners, or enterprise clients.

• Preferred: Experience in leadership roles within Oracle consulting practices, solution leadership, or delivery leadership.
