Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from start to finish

• Create and implement project plans, determine staffing needs, and modify plans as necessary throughout the project duration

• Handle project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, ensuring the team meets deadlines

• Work in partnership with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership

• Deliver regular updates regarding project status, obstacles, and accomplishments

• Guarantee that deliverables align with quality standards and client requirements

• Establish quality control procedures and perform quality assessments

• Oversee and manage a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet

• Formulate project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee resource management

• Promote teamwork and effective communication among team members

• Manage internal communications with Argano leadership and stakeholders

• Address escalations when feasible and keep delivery leadership updated

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience

• At least 3+ years of experience in managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management modules

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate projects with cross-functional teams

• Strong command of project management methodologies and best practices

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Solid leadership abilities and capacity to offer guidance and support for effective project execution

• Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

• Strong skills in negotiation, resource allocation, and budget management

• Strategic mindset and ability to align projects with overarching organizational objectives

• Proficient in change management

• Thorough understanding of software development processes and applicable technologies

• Capacity to drive technical scoping decisions alongside the project/program Technical Lead

• Ability to manage both internal and external escalation procedures

• MBA or a relevant master’s degree is preferred
