Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits functional consulting projects as the key subject matter expert throughout the implementation process.

• Convey requirements, timelines, risks, and solution proposals to clients and internal teams.

• Assist customers in navigating Oracle-provided Benefits functionality and offer guidance on best practices.

• Outline business processes, document requirements, configure system components, and support all phases of testing.

• Provide specialized knowledge in Benefits program design, eligibility criteria, rates, life events, enrollment procedures, and payroll and third-party vendor integrations.

• Foster client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing Benefits enhancement and support.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance delivery methodologies and project efficiency.

• Mentor junior consultants to bolster team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Oracle Cloud Benefits certification.

• At least 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead Consultant position.

• A minimum of 4 complete Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, with at least 3 in a lead capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of Benefits administration, eligibility rules, life event processing, and vendor file integrations.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and effectively working in a remote delivery environment.

• Proven track record of simplifying and clearly articulating complex concepts.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Talent Management and Compensation (a plus).

• Experience with Redwood & Oracle-delivered AI Agents (a plus).

• Proficient in English.
