This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and product advancement for Earn products.

• Investigate and cultivate partnership opportunities with token collaborators to broaden product offerings and extend ecosystem reach.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to ensure seamless product operations and efficient campaign execution.

• Oversee daily performance of Earn products, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving product-related challenges by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with relevant stakeholders to meet specified business KPIs and growth objectives.

• Monitor, analyze, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives through data analysis, user insights, and feedback.

• Assist the team in managing VIP and institutional clients, while facilitating onboarding of additional clients to Earn products.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, particularly Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities within Earn and DeFi products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms.

• Solid understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi offerings, DeFi ecosystems, and lending/borrowing mechanisms.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to leverage data and user feedback to guide decisions and enhance performance.

• A high level of accountability; KPI- and results-driven mindset.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with both internal teams and external token project partners.

• Experience engaging with VIP or institutional clients is advantageous.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
