Operations Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational inboxes and log jobs from the order level.

• Assess incoming shipment information for completeness and accuracy.

• Generate shipments and consoles using CargoWise.

• Manage e-DOCing and upload necessary shipment documents.

• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other operational requirements.

• Collaborate with relevant teams and stakeholders to gather missing information or documents.

• Update shipment records and systems accordingly.

• Ensure accurate and organized shipment documentation is maintained.

• Track assigned jobs and follow up on outstanding operational requirements.

• Assist with other forwarding and operations-related administrative tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations support is essential.

• Experience in managing shipment documentation and operational processes is required.

• Familiarity with CargoWise is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of standard freight forwarding terminology and processes is important.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are necessary.

• Proficient written English communication skills are required.

• Comfortable overseeing and managing a high volume of emails and tasks.

• Well-organized and capable of prioritizing multiple jobs and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to established processes.

• Comfortable undertaking detail-oriented and repetitive operational tasks.

• Fiber internet connection with a recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps.

• Backup internet must be capable of at least 20 Mbps.

• Quiet and conducive home workspace is essential.
