Operations, Strategy – Special Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Product Strategy & Special Projects as well as the co-founder and COO.

• Collaborate closely with leadership on the company's most critical challenges.

• Analyze complex and ambiguous questions that could impact the direction of the company.

• Conduct research on potential new markets and create supporting analyses.

• Develop models and plans for ambitious initiatives.

• Synthesize scattered information across the company into actionable insights.

• Quickly learn, challenge assumptions, and validate work prior to decision-making.

• Deliver work that is executed by the company.

• Perform analyses, create tools, and draft documents utilizing AI systems.

• Collaborate with company experts when specialized knowledge is required.

• Independent projects that you have initiated and completed on your own, which you can present.

• Frequent and serious use of AI systems as your primary approach to work.

• Experience in producing analysis from raw data and defending your conclusions.

• Proficient in writing for an audience in various formats.

• Strong analytical ability and technical skills.

• Attention to important details and a methodical approach to verifying conclusions.

• Capability to reason from evidence and assess levels of certainty.

• Initiative to work autonomously and identify issues proactively.

• Ability to recognize when AI systems do not perform as expected.

• Willingness to extend work hours when necessary.

• Submission of a self-developed project or portfolio that includes the integration of AI.

• Brief description of a scenario where you identified and rectified a widely accepted but incorrect assumption or conclusion.
