This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and upkeep of operational processes, documentation, and standards.
• Create, maintain, and manage SOPs, job aids, process maps, and reference materials.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards, version control, and approval protocols.
• Evaluate documentation requirements, identify deficiencies, and ensure operational content aligns with regulatory mandates, business rules, policies, and system modifications.
• Coordinate assessments of operational impacts and readiness initiatives for business, system, compliance, and market changes.
• Organize communications, training materials, and updates to SOPs.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, secure operational approvals, and engage in change governance activities, including CAB meetings.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Training teams on system upgrades, implementations, testing, workflow design, and operational preparedness.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for enterprise tools and technologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process and documentation enhancements based on operational data, audits, user feedback, and business insights.
• Monitor compliance with operational standards and assist with corrective measures.
• Manage performance dashboards and key metrics related to productivity, growth, efficiency, and strategic objectives.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, business process enhancement, change management, or similar fields.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is necessary.
• Proven capability to produce high-quality SOPs, workflows, and job aids tailored for various audiences.
• A high school diploma or higher is required.
• A preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
