This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation, upkeep, and governance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, process maps, and reference documents.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, maintain version control, and adhere to approval processes.
• Evaluate documentation requirements, pinpoint deficiencies, and align operational content with regulatory standards, business rules, policies, and system modifications.
• Organize operational impact assessments and readiness activities in relation to business, system, compliance, and market changes.
• Manage communications, training materials, and updates to SOPs.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, secure operational approvals, and represent the team in change governance meetings such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Training teams on system improvements, implementations, testing, workflow design, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for enterprise tools and technologies.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process and documentation enhancements utilizing operational data, audits, user feedback, and business intelligence.
• Monitor compliance with operational standards and assist in implementing corrective measures.
• Supervise performance dashboards and key metrics related to productivity, growth, efficiency, and strategic goals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business process enhancement, change management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality SOPs, workflows, and job aids suitable for various audiences.
• High School diploma or higher is necessary.
