Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational functions, including follow-ups and outstanding actions.

• Facilitate coordination among customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams.

• Monitor installations, deployments, service activities, and customer inquiries.

• Recognize obstacles, escalate concerns, and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

• Keep precise documentation, trackers, and operational reports.

• Assist in customer communication and provide technical troubleshooting support.

• Organize technicians, installers, and external service providers as necessary.

• Enhance operational processes and contribute to cross-functional projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of demonstrated experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field.

• Strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong technical background with the ability to comprehend hardware, software, and system workflows.

• Proficient in reading technical documentation, installation manuals, and system schematics.

• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project management tools.

• Experience in hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations.

• Background in troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues.

• Familiar with Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.

• Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or similarly complex operational environments.

• Proven experience working with enterprise customers or international service providers.
