This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee operations for a diverse array of clients
• Convert the requirements of new customers into technical specifications
• Strategically plan and deliver outstanding services
• Provide exceptional services and outcomes to both internal and external clients
• Establish and manage Quality Assurance processes for each delivery
• Comprehend clients’ needs and identify optimal solutions
• Evaluate the technical capabilities of tools and the team, communicating these to clients
• Turn clients’ challenges into opportunities for growth
• Enhance internal processes and spearhead changes
• Develop innovative solutions for both new and existing clients
• Within 30 days, gain a comprehensive understanding of the team’s services, products, operations, and technical pipelines
• Within 60 days, take on operational responsibilities, support the UGC Business Line, and manage a straightforward customer delivery using existing guidelines
• Within 90 days, actively participate in the team and enhance operational processes based on prior experience
• Fundamental understanding of the music industry, including knowledge of key standards and organizations (e.g., CISAC, CMOs, etc.)
• Over 3 years of experience in technical account management, project coordination, or client support roles, ideally in technical or dynamic environments
• Proficiency in effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, with strong attention to detail
• Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about listening, asking questions, understanding, and communicating
• Enjoys teamwork and continuous learning
• Comfortable handling large datasets and numbers in formats such as .csv and .xlsx
• Interest or basic knowledge of MongoDB and the ability to execute queries for data retrieval and manipulation
• Business fluency in English
• Professional working proficiency in French or Italian
• Based in Spain; local candidates are preferred, although remote work arrangements may be considered
