This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as an advocate for agent partners by managing both physical and digital correspondence, policy modifications, loans, disbursements, recurring reporting, key control performance monitoring, and various administrative tasks.
• Address customer inquiries via USPS mail, telephone, website chat, text messaging, and email while adhering to established service standards.
• Collaborate effectively with customer care advisors, underwriters, engineering support, underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
• Provide feedback regarding customer concerns related to products and processes.
• Maintain and document standard operating procedures meticulously.
• Suggest enhancements for business and process performance.
• Engage in team and individual meetings, either virtually or in person.
• Co-lead initiatives and projects related to post-issue administration.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits by supplying requested documentation.
• Keep accurate records within internal systems.
• Facilitate communication among customers, agents, and internal teams.
• Follow up on policy status, claims, first notice of loss (FNOL), and service requests.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives actively.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, either directly or indirectly.
• Demonstrated success in delighting customers and delivering projects within deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in time management.
• Highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of effective communication with engineers, designers, customers, and various personality types.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Dropbox or HelloSign is preferred.
• Knowledge of life insurance regulations is preferred.
• Ability to recognize and respond to potential insurance fraud or suspicious activities.
• Familiarity with death claims handling and protocols is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship may be necessary depending on status.
