Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Respond to emails received in the “CAP Reply” inbox within 12 hours of receipt

• Generate Member Issue Resolution Forms (MIRF’s) as necessary to address concerns

• Conduct follow-ups with both Members and dealers

• Provide assistance with the WEB Survey inbox

• Analyze web surveys and cater to the specific needs of the member

• Create Program Administration Changes (PAC’s) for the Field team

• Review and input data gathered from On Site Evaluations

• Aid in the completion of spreadsheets summarizing an onsite evaluation trip

• Contribute to team improvement by proposing opportunities for enhancement

• Participate in weekly departmental meetings

• Execute additional duties as assigned

• Offer operational and administrative support to the Operations team

• Collaborate closely with the On Site Evaluation team and other departments as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or support capacity

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

• Capable of accurate and efficient data entry

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated capacity to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive tasks to completion

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team

• Exhibits a positive, professional, and proactive attitude

• Comfortable working under pressure and flexible to changing priorities
