📋 Description

• Refactor the optimization algorithm developed in Python utilizing object-oriented programming principles.

• Leverage data science to tackle business challenges within supply chain and optimization for retail and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

• Employ advanced statistical methodologies and data science algorithms to scrutinize extensive datasets and extract actionable insights for pricing optimization.

• Create and execute predictive models and optimization algorithms aimed at enhancing pricing strategies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and convert them into data-driven solutions.

• Remain updated on industry developments and best practices in data science, replenishment optimization, and supply chain management.

• Collaborate, mentor, and learn alongside a growing team of skilled Data Scientists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Scientist, emphasizing supply chain optimization and inventory allocation.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in utilizing mathematical programming solvers such as Gurobi, Xpress MP, CPLEX, or Google OR Tools.

• Strong grasp of statistical methodologies, optimization techniques, and concepts of predictive modeling.

• High level of proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.

• Experience with data analysis and machine learning libraries.

• Capability to apply various analytical models to real-world business scenarios.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to ascertain business partner requirements, deliver effective solutions, and articulate findings to business stakeholders.
