Operations Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supervise and assist in coordinating projects and initiatives pertaining to facility management and engineering.

• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.

• Execute transformational activities that promote organizational change and enhancement.

• Collect and analyze complex data from diverse sources to support informed decision-making.

• Convert organizational goals into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

• Manage program scope, timelines, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead the organization through transformational initiatives and facilitate the adoption of new processes or systems.

• Evaluate business risks and coordinate clear, timely communication with stakeholders.

• Establish and uphold governance practices throughout the program's lifecycle.

• Work in collaboration with the Client, Operational & IFM Lead, and Senior Leadership Team to identify enhancements and align projects with business strategies.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with senior-level stakeholders, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, including root cause analysis and solution formulation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capable of thriving in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, and Engineering is preferred.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate is required.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
